  • I want to return a purchase that is damaged or defective. What do I do?​
    • If any of your purchase arrives damaged or defective just let us know within 7 days so we can arrange to replace or refund it.  Please contact us before shipping any items back.
  • What's the status of my return?
    • Well, we don't often have returns so the easiest way to check on a return status will be to email us and ask.
  • When will I get my refund?
    • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of our receiving the returned item. 
  • Product Return Instructions
    • Contact us via email here to arrange for the return.
    • We will pay for shipping on returns due to damaged or defective items, but you are responsible for return shipping costs for all other reasons.
    • Alternatively, if able, do drop by our store for an exchange. Our friendly staff will be there to assist you. 
  • Can I cancel my order or change it before you ship it?
    • Yes, but you must request cancellation prior to shipment to receive a full refund for your item.  Please email us!
    • If you do not cancel an order and the order is shipped, we have to apologize and you may proceed to apply for refund / return.
