- I want to return a purchase that is damaged or defective. What do I do?
- If any of your purchase arrives damaged or defective just let us know within 7 days so we can arrange to replace or refund it. Please contact us before shipping any items back.
- What's the status of my return?
Well, we don't often have returns so the easiest way to check on a return status will be to email us and ask.
- When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of our receiving the returned item.
Product Return Instructions
- Contact us via email here to arrange for the return.
- We will pay for shipping on returns due to damaged or defective items, but you are responsible for return shipping costs for all other reasons.
- Alternatively, if able, do drop by our store for an exchange. Our friendly staff will be there to assist you.
Can I cancel my order or change it before you ship it?
- Yes, but you must request cancellation prior to shipment to receive a full refund for your item. Please email us!
If you do not cancel an order and the order is shipped, we have to apologize and you may proceed to apply for refund / return.
